Hello! I’m Chad Elder, your local State Farm Insurance Agent, committed to safeguarding the Hillsboro community and the greater Washington County area. Originally from Portland, OR, I now proudly reside in Beaverton/Hillsboro.

With over 20 years of experience as a Director in the Heavy Truck Industry, I sought a more personally rewarding career that would allow me to engage more deeply with my community. This led me to transition into the role of a State Farm Insurance Agent. I derive great joy from assisting individuals in protecting their assets and helping them reach their financial aspirations.

Outside of work, I cherish my time with my girlfriend of five years and her wonderful children, James (8) and Anna (11). I also have two sons: Jackson (23), a Senior at the University of Utah who plays baseball for the Utes, and Landon (20), a Sophmore at Oregon State studying Business Administration. We enjoy hiking, boating, skiing, and are always on the lookout for our next National Park adventure.
